The Committee makes recommendations to the Boards on the compensation conditions of executives directors and senior executives of SENRE, the staff compensation grid, share allocation plans, stock option plans or underwriting plans and reviews proposals relating to the composition, organization and operation of the Board of Directors and Committees.
